Agave & Co. Mobile Bar– Terms & Conditions
By booking with Agave & Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your event is not confirmed until this retainer is received.
2. Service Time
All packages include a set number of service hours as outlined in your agreement. Additional time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
3. Guest Count & Package Limits
Packages are designed for a specific number of guests. Any changes to the guest count must be communicated prior to the event and may require adjustments.
4. Alcohol Policy
Agave & Co. operates as a dry hire mobile bar, meaning the client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol unless otherwise arranged. A curated shopping list will be provided based on your selected menu.
5. Setup & Breakdown
We require access to the venue prior to the event for setup. Breakdown is included and will take place after service concludes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Bartender Experience
Our bartenders are professionally trained and arrive in a formal all-black uniform to ensure a polished and elevated presentation.

8. Damages & Liability
Agave & Co. is not responsible for damages caused by guests. Any damage to bar equipment or setup during the event may be subject to replacement or repair.
9. Cancellation Policy
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event date.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Agave & Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
11. Force Majeure
Agave & Co. is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.
Agave & Co. – What We Do Not Provide
To ensure full transparency and a seamless experience, please note that Agave & Co. does not provide the following:
1. Alcohol
We operate as a dry hire mobile bar, meaning all alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client unless otherwise arranged.
2. Ice & Garnishes (unless specified)
Ice, fresh garnishes, and specialty ingredients are not included unless outlined in your selected package or agreement.
3. Cups or Glassware (basic packages)
Disposable cups or specialty glassware are only included in select packages. Upgraded options may be available upon request.
4. Tables, Tents, or Venue Equipment
We do not provide additional rentals such as tables, tents, linens, or electrical setups unless previously agreed upon.
5. Permits & Licensing
The client is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by the venue or local laws.
6. Water & Non-Alcoholic Mixers (unless specified)
Mixers, juices, sodas, and water are not included unless stated in your package details.
7. Trash Removal Beyond Bar Area
We maintain cleanliness within the bar service area only. Full event cleanup or trash removal services are not included.
